Method

Method

20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20 ml Simple Syrup
Muddled Blackberries
Method
Place 3 large blackberries in a tin with bourbon and muddle until finally broken up.
Add in other ingredients and shake with pebble ice.
Open pour into rocks glass and top with more pebble ice.
Garnish with blackberries and lemon peel.
