20ml Green Chartreuse
20ml Sour Cherry Gin
20ml Fresh Organic Lemon Juice
Dash Chocolate bitter

Method

Add all ingredients into a shaker, fill with ice and give it a good shakey wakey. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with dehydrated orange and a marachino cherry.

Lime juice
Mango Rosemary sorbet

Method

Shake all with crushed ice for about 10 seconds Open Pour in glass
Garnish coconut, fennel and clove

30 ml Boukha BOKOBSA Etoile “Originale”
50 ml Gin
15 ml Oxymel
2,5 ml Raw Runny Honey
1 Dash Lemon Bitters

Method

Shake with plenty Ice, Love and Heart. Double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with dehydrated fig.

Ingredients

15 ml Boukha  BOKOBSA Etoile “Originale”
40 ml Bourbon
20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20 ml Simple Syrup
Muddled Blackberries

Method

Place 3 large blackberries in a tin with bourbon and muddle until finally broken up.
Add in other ingredients and shake with pebble ice.
Open pour into rocks glass and top with more pebble ice.
Garnish with blackberries and lemon peel.

40 ml Gin
15 ml Liquor 43
15 ml Cardamom Syrup
25 ml Organic Rhubarb Juice

Method

Shake all with plenty of ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish dehydrated fig.

20 ml Fig Liquor
30 ml Lemon Juice
20 ml Home Made Sage Syrup
2 dashed lavender bitter

Method

Combine all the ingredients in your shaker and shake with ice. Double strain and serve in a glass filled with crushed ice.

35 ml Lemon fresh juice
22.5 ml Homemade Fig Syrup
Bitter lemon

Method

Build and serve over crushed ice.
Garnish with a Fig crispy “crème brûlée way”

15 ml Eau de Vie de Poire Williams
2 dashes Plum Bitters

Method

Shake all with crushed ice for about 10 seconds
Open Pour in glass
Garnish with dehydrated pear, mint and cinnamon.

45 ml Gin
15 ml Thyme Simple
15 ml Violet liqueur
30 ml Lemon juice

Method

Stir all ingredients together with ice and strain over large ice cube into old fashioned glass. Garnish with thyme and lemon peel.

5 ml Italian mint Amaro
50 ml Condensed milk
80 ml Coconut milk
1 pinch of salt
20 ml Argentina Malbec
Ground Cinnamon

Method

Combine the 5 ingredients. Fill glass with crushed ice, float Malbec and dust cinnamon.

Ingredients

45 ml Boukha  BOKOBSA Oasis “Classic”
20 ml Liqueur Marachino
15 ml Lemon juice
Dash of  Grenadine
2 dash of Orange bitters
50 ml Prosecco

Method

Pour all of the ingredients but the prosecco into a shaker, add ice and shake until properly chilled.
Grab a pre-chilled cocktail glass to pour into
Top up with a fruity prosecco and garnish with fig.
